For Sale: Alpha 8410: I am changing my station over to a solid state amplifier so my trusty 8410 has no room on my desk. This amp will do legal limit all day long without the slightest effort. Amp has 2 4cx1500b that are full output and have zero grid current. I have the original double boxes but not the transformer box. I WILL NOT SHIP THIS AMP, so please do not ask. It is too nice to trust UPS or FEDEX to not drop it because it weighs almost 90lbs. I will gladly meet within 200 miles of my QTH or you can stop by and pick it up. Alpha DX77 two hole: I have an Alpha 77DX from the estate of W6UA available. The amp is in Bakersfield California as it was used during the 160 SSB contest, but can be brought to Arizona.

The left meter is sticky and sometimes may not move, however it has no issues reaching 3600 watts into a dummy load. Previously saw it reach 5500w.

Sb-220 beautiful $1200 OBO: I have an excellent condition sb-220 for sale. Amp has been completely gone through and was a very nice original build before I went through it. I purchased this amp from the original ham who hadn’t used it since the early 80s. It sat on a shelf where it just collected dust for many years. This amp has original Eimac tubes that work wonderfully at full output. This is a super nice unmolested example and with 100 watts drive, will do legal limit PEP on the low bands and about 1200-1300 on 10 meters. The fan is really quiet and the amp tunes very well. Input tune is good on all bands using my 746 pro. Amp has brand new power supply/metering board, soft key, filter caps, parasitic suppressors supplied by Lou, W1QJ. Grids have been properly grounded with flat copper strap. Bias mod has been done also. Outer case has been nicely refinished due to fading. Has standby switch added also. Available for local pickup only. Come try it out in my shack. Dual Gi-46B amplifier for sale $1000: Up for sale is an amplifier I converted/built several years ago and have been using since. It started life as a very well built Yokogawa medical amplifier. It uses two cheap Russian Gi-46b triodes in grounded grid. Sockets and cooling fan kit were purchased from KK4NOZ and can be seen on EBay. The only thing reused in this build is the output tank circuit and it was modified. Has K4POZ adjustable bias board with the ability to adjust ZSAC from a pot on back of amplifier. Plate voltage is about 3200vdc using a full wave bridge capacitive input power supply good for 4kvdc…..overkill. Uses the $200 multitech industries bandswitch designed for the Kenwood TL922. Amp works very well on all bands 10-160 and output is about the same as a pair of 3-500z for way less money. I also have a spare set of tubes available also.
