Comes with Motorola RMN5070A desk microphone. Has mini UHF to SO-239 coax adapter. 100% perfect. I have been using this radio for local DMR and analog UHF repeaters. You need two things to get the radio operational: Power cord and programming software. Power cord on eBay is cheap and check with your local club for the software. Radio is set up for CPS 16 (version 828 build) but any CPS 16 will program it. $300 plus $25 shipped to continental US addresses.
