For Sale: Ten-Tec Titan 425 **pending**: Ten-Tec TenTec Ten Tec Titan 425! SN 28300404. Nice legal limit amplifier. Includes 10M and owner's manual and original box for amp. Electronics 100%, Cosmetics 8.5 to 9. Some tape residue in places from previous owner's connection notes would probably come off with goo gone if they annoy you. Light scuff marks in paint and trim in places, none into the metal. Original owner's call sign and ID info etched in the underside of the front bottom trim. High-low voltage switch. Age of the tubes is unknown; I assume they are original equipment. FS: UNBUILT HEATHKIT SB-220 LINEAR: I have for sale an unbuilt SB-220 Linear Amplifier. It is complete with 3-500Z tubes and the power transformer which was shipped separately in its own box. In my day I have assembled many Heathkits including the SB-220 and the SB-221. The original Heathkit box is in below average condition but I have checked every part and this kit is complete. Everything is in excellent condition inside. I had intended to assemble the SB-220 but I just can't since I am somewhat a collector. I currently have a Heath station running as part of my collection with the main components being - a like new SB-102 and a like new SB-221 among the other Heath equipment. FOR SALE: Hammarlund HXL-ONE Amplifier: HXL-ONE kilowatt linear amplifier built by Hammarlund in approximately 1960 or so. The HXL-ONE is a grounded grid amplifier that uses two 572A/B zero bias carbon plate triodes (Russian Svetlana tubes are used here). The unit is completely self-contained with an internal high-voltage (~2300 volts DC) power supply.
Frequency range is 80-10m in five bands with plate power input of one kilowatt DC for CW telegraphy operation, 1.5 kilowatt PEP for SSB, and 500 watts DC for AM modulation. Power requirements are 100 watts standby and 1,500 watts for key down CW. The unit measures 17" x 9.5" x 9.125" and weighs 66 lbs.
This is the only amplifier that Hammarlund made and is built like a tank! For Sale: Dentron GLA-1000B: I have for sale a Dentron GLA-1000B amplifier. 10-80 meters and 500 watts output on 80 meters with about 25 less on 40 and 20 meters, etc. This unit has the tuned input and the switch for 2 antennas. This unit works as it should. The outside case is an 8/10 or better. It comes with an original manual, the original D-50 matched finals and the original Dentron Hex wrench. I will even throw in a homemade relay unit in a aluminum 2" X 2" box with lettered inputs (12V, TR in and out, etc) so this can be used on the newer radios. I am asking $300.00 plus $30.00 shipping. FS/FT: HT-45 Loudenboomer amp: I have for sale or trade a HT-45 Loudenboomer amplifier, 10 thru 80M running a single 4-400 tube. The amp came out running a 3-400 but they are hard to find. This amp does not have a tuned input or a built in changeover relay. I have a copy of the manual, spare 4-400 tube, chimney for a 3-400 that won't work with the 4-400, copy of the manual and the P-45 matching power supply which is heavy. This amp is very clean. I want $375 for everything and no shipping or open to trades. I would meet someone in the Louisville, Ky. or southern Indiana area. Pix of the amp on request.
