Triex RARE Crank-Up Tower (12 ft) 33 ft: .
VERY RARE 33ft Triex crank-up tower, LOW NESTS at 12 ft.

Most crank-ups use 20ft sections giving 23ft nested height, fine for most needs. BUT if you NEED a LOWER nested height, look here.

UNIQUE Features:
~ For tower trailer where height of 30-40ft is fine, but short nested height is great for a SHORT trailer!
~ Mount a Crank-up on Motorhome, Bus or Comm Van: Tower can be installed on rear roof section of MH/Bus roof w/tilt-down hinge, rides horiz for travel & tilts "down" to vertical. Just attach antennas & crank up!
~ Visually hide tower behind single story home or shack.
~ Excellent for 1-man VHF/UHF Mountain topping, get the stack up high!

Tower in good cond, Galvanizing fine, tilt base plate for mounting, winch/cable are okay. I'll throw in a Rotor Cage (NEEDS REFITTING to this tower) for Thrust Bearing & flat rotor mounting -- the way to go.

20' Thick-Wall Galvanized Crank-Up Tubular Mast
3/8" Set Screw at Top to add Mast Out the Top
Prior owner cleaned it well and started to repaint it
Black at base is primer to prevent any future rust.
Nice tower and the crank mechanism works smoothly.
Too heavy for my trailer-mount, I need an aluminum tower.

WANTED Rohn 25 Top Section: I'm looking for a 9 foot Rohn 25 top section, the one that tappers to a 2 or 2 1/4" pipe. I'm not worried about the condition of the section, this will not be used on a tower, but will be used to experiment with elevated linear loaded radials for a 160 meter vertical, so I need to get the vertical off of the ground. Would prefer from Phoenix south, since I'm down in Sierra Vista, AZ.
