RADIOANQ - FOR SALE: Hallicrafters S-77A Despite the exterior of this rig, the interior is pretty good, and looks unmodified. I've restored the face similar rigs by cleaning it with Dawn, cutting tape to cover the lettering (it seems the lettering is pretty much intact), painting the uncovered areas, removing the tape, then applying a coat of matte clear. The end result it pretty good and leaves the original lettering. Otherwise, RadioDaze has the replica decals for replacement. Anyway, this is from my "to be restored" group for sale. I won't get to it in a reasonable amount of time, considering I've already had it several years.
