From an estate. Unit works just as it should. Clean on the outside with no scratches dents or dings, and exceptionally clean on the inside as well. CRT display is bright and well defined. Controls are all clean and properly working. This is was professionally assembled and is a well cared for unit. No smoking and a no pet environment. AMPHF - For Sale: TL-922a Amp F.S. w/Options
Amplifier is in excellent working condition with new Penta 3-500 tubes (documentation available). Amp is extra to my needs which is the only reason for listing it. Amp easily puts out 1100 watts cw (80m through 10m ten meter mod has been done). Runs somewhat less on WARC bands. This is an "instant on" amplifier currently set up for 220 vac.
Grids have been grounded. Cabinet and face are clean and without blemish, dents or dings. Comes with professionally copied manual. Buyers have some options: Asking $1,500 for the amplifier with new Penta tubes. Asking $950 for the amplifier with used but still good tubes or $800 for amplifier with no tubes. Local pick-up is encouraged possible through FedEx, but local pick-up is recommended. Trades will be considered. I prefer to, and am willing to meet a buyer up to 2 hours drive for an exchange. Or even better come to the home QTH and try it out. Due to parts swappers and scammers, sale is final, no returns.
