I replaced the 2 power supply filter capacitors and all 6 paper capacitors with modern ones, added a 3 wire A/C power cord, and cleaned switches and potentiometers. I measured several capacitors both for value and leakage. It can be used to check a capacitor for leakage under actual operating voltage. It is also great for reforming electrolytic filter capacitors. A set of test leads is included. Shipping will be within continental USA only, no international shipping.
