It has the factory 12V 1A power supply but if your radio is an Icom I also will add in the box the interface cable that will bring the needeed 12V from the radio as well as the the Tuner key function allowing you to start the tunning process from the radio.I have the original LDG box and even the wrapping plastic to protect it during the shipping trip. It recently returned from LDG electronics with a good performance letter where they say only the microprocessor chip was replaced and tested in all bands. I have tested and it works very well.
