Silver, teflon, PL-259 connectors on both ends. They sell it for $19; get this one for $12. - I have an extensive number of jumpers in the range of 1 to 2 foot length. These are all 50 ohm coax, and may be the large (approximate 0.40 inch) RG-8 or equivalent, or RG-58 (under 1/4 inch). All have a PL-259 connector on both ends. - They have all been tested.
