The radio has the DOTS issue. No PS, No manual or mic
Turning the VFO, display will flash on, then return to dots.
Main tuning is smooth.
Has the auto tuner installed. No optional filters that I can see.
1 foot is missing. Not the best cosmetics.

The case has some rust. I replaced the 2 power supply filter capacitors and all 6 paper capacitors with modern ones, added a 3 wire A/C power cord, and cleaned switches and potentiometers. I measured several capacitors both for value and leakage. It can be used to check capacitors for leakage under actual operating voltage or it is also great for reforming electrolytic filter capacitors. A set of test leads is included. Shipping will be within continental USA only, no international shipping.
