It is comprised of a R-4C receiver, T-4XC transmitter, MS-4 power supply/speaker, and a home brew power line switch and monitor. This station is very clean and in working condition with power output well in excess of 125 watts on all bands. Note the transmitter doesn't have the 1.5-3.0 accessory crystal installed. The Receiver does have the optional AM filter. The original interconnecting cables are included but there is no microphone. We priced this station at $640.00 for local pickup at the museum. However, we are willing to drive 3 hours to meet the buyer or we can ship for an added cost. S/N indicates 1969 date of manufacture. Nicely preserved traditional single-lever Vibrokeyer Deluxe in excellent condition despite its age of 56 years. Please note it is not mint. There is minor pitting and hairlines on the chrome base, and the label is slightly bent on the left side (see close up photo of the label), possibly as made. One corner shows a focal region on the base where the chrome is peeling (see close up). The jeweled pivot points are intact. Handles nicely in use. Johnson Speed-X Bug Model 114-520    $135 Shipped. This bug for sale is an E.F. Johnson Speed-X bug model 114-520 in excellent shape. The bug is not mint, and there are some paint chips on the edge of the bug base. There are multiple different design variations of this bug, and the earlier versions included parts that were normally found on Les Logan bugs left over from the era before when E.F. Johnson took over the bug manufacturing in 1947. E.F. Johnson used up the old Les Logan parts stock, and incorporated Les Logan parts into E.F. Johnson bugs. This bug has Les Logan style fiber paddles with the ‘target’ engraving (see close up photo), unlike later versions of this model that had the more typical moulded plastic paddles. In addition, the mfg. label has a rectangular label similar to the Les Logan labels, unlike the trapezoidal label used on later 114-520 bugs. This probably dates to the early 1950’s but is difficult to date accurately. It handles nicely in use. email me for additional photos. Bunnell Telegraph Set $210 Shipped   This item is a J.H. Bunnell 20 ohm ‘key on board’ (“K.O.B.”) telegraph set that dates from the post Civil War era and was made c. early 1880s. The sounder is engraved with the Feb. 16, 1876 patent date, and the key bears the Feb. 15, 1881 patent date. The key knobs and coil covers are hard rubber (“gutta percha”), which mark it as an early version of this item before they switched to using bakelite. Gutta percha is fragile and the coil covers are often cracked or absent. These are intact with no damage. The 20 ohm resistance of the coils indicates this would have been used in intermediate distance work, unlike main line 120 ohm sounders which were long-line instruments, and 4 ohm sounders which were for short line use. Heavily patina’d brass which was originally lacquered and some of the original lacquer remains. The item has all original parts present as made. This item is for display only and is non-functional.
