ANNOUNCE - SHIPPING USING USPS "MEDIA MAIL" I know many of us mail books and magazines, Handbooks, Callbooks and old catalogs using the US Postal Service's MEDIA MAIL (also often referred to as Book Rate). I was made aware by my local Post Office clerk that mailing items that contains advertising, EVEN OLD ADS, is not allowed using Media Mail. - THE USPS PROHIBITS MAILING ITEMS BY MEDIA MAIL (PRINTED MATTER) THAT CONTAINS ANY ADVERTISING, even if the ads are really old ads (such as in old QSTs, Callbooks, and the older ARRL Handbooks).
