AMPHF - For Sale Ameritron AL-80B For Sale Ameritron AL-80B, original owner purchased new December 2016, Spare 3-500ZG tube and grid Protection Board GOP-100, LDG Tuner AT 1000ProII with Icom interface cable purchased new July 2020, ARB 704 with Icom Cable. Amp is wired for 220V with twist lock cord cap. Shack is smoke free and all devices listed are in perfect working condition but sold as is! Amp has a factory blemish from a soldering iron on bezel and a trace flashed a few years ago but caused no damage; it was simply shored up with red insulating varnish. Amp case has very slight scratches on top of cover. Spare tube was original to Amp and output power approximately 850 watts on 40 meters, newer tube output is 1000 watts on 40 meters both using 70 watts drive power from exciter. I would say about half that! 60 db attenuation above 50 MHz. $20 - Avanti AV-800 It says that the 3 db cutoff frequency is 43 MHz, and that it is especially useful for Channel 2 and 5 interference. It also says it is rated at 1000 Watts, but it looks more like 500 to 600 Watts realistically. $18 - Pace PS8530 Cuts off at 40 MHz. 150 W Max. $15 - Gold Line Not much info other than it says for use from 0 to 30 MHz, and it is rated at 1000 Watts. Again, I would say 500 to 600 watts. $17 - Para Dynamics PDC 1089 This filter is rated at a full Kilowatt, up to 30 MHz.
