It's a simple fix, the antenna slipped down the mast and now I can't rotate the antenna because the tower interferes. Just needs to be loosened, raised back up about a foot, and the clamps retightened. After my car accident and reconstructive surgery on my shoulder, and age creeping up, my tower climbing days are over.  I absolutely will insist on paying anyone that can't help.
