TEST - Eico 147A signal tracer   Up for sale is my EICO Model 147A Signal Tracer, a must-have piece of vintage test equipment for radio enthusiasts, electronics hobbyists, and restorers. I don’t have a need for it anymore so I’m clearing out space. This unit has been working well. It responds properly in both RF and AF modes and produces clear, stable audio output. Controls function as expected. Included: • Original signal tracer unit • Probe/test leads Features: • RF and AF signal tracing capability • Built-in amplifier and speaker • Magic eye tuning indicator Cosmetic Condition: Overall clean for its age with typical minor wear from normal use. Faceplate lettering is legible and knobs are intact. (See photos for exact condition.) • This is vintage tube equipment and has not been fully restored • No additional accessories, manuals, or cables included beyond what is shown Asking $100 plus actual shipping costs from Pevely MO. I don’t recall what I pulled this out of, but it may have been from a National receiver. The capacitor fins are in good shape and they rotate freely. The rubber insulators that isolate the capacitor body from the base bracket are deteriorating but otherwise it’s in decent shape. I had measured the capacitance of this a while back as 44-810 pf but can’t say how accurate that measure is. Asking $15 with local pickup in Pevely MO or I’ll ship for the actual shipping costs.
