RADIOVHF - NICE YAESU FT-227R MEMORIZER   Very good condition 2 Meter transceiver (143.8-148.2 MHz). It is tested working as it should on transmit and receive. Output is 10 watts (or 1 watt on low power). Frequency coverage is 144-148 MHz (in 800 5kHz steps). 600 kHz +/- repeater offset is supported. Digital display. A special memory circuit allows you to memorize any single channel. Radio requires 13.8 VDC at 2.5 Amps. Comes with: Radio, quick release mobile mounting bracket, YM-23 DTMF mic, new power cord, CSI PL board (for repeaters), and instruction manuals. This is their big one with the 3" diameter boom that is 24ft long. It is a multiband covering 40,30,20,17,15,12, and 10 meters. It was purchased years ago and never hooked up. Only the one box with coil was was opened. Look at their website for more info. If you are considering a beam antenna or an upgrade this is a steal. I have had it for 5 years and it has been in regular use. During that time I have replaced the 6BA6 tubes with NOS. The “can” capacitor has been replaced with a Hayseed Hamfest replacement. - It covers 540 kHz to 31 MHz in 6 bands and has calibrated Band Spread for 80, 40, 20, 15, and 10 meters. The Product Detector allows reception of CW and SSB while still having the AGC and S Meter functioning. A 60 kHz IF provides switched selectivity appropriate for AM, SSB, and CW.
