RADIOHF - KENWOOD TS-830S    I am selling my Kenwood TS-830S. This rig works pretty darn good. I have replaced the "high voltage caps" 2 years ago, The meter light seems little flaky on it, but when turn the heater switch on and then the main power switch no problem. I'm asking $400 plus shipping. I will double box at your expense. I used a Shure 444D with the rig, excellent audio reports and it has excellent receive. I hardly ever use this rig, I also have a Kenwood TS-520S that is taking up floor space, would take $300 for it. Thank you for reading. Selling both rigs as is. I posted on here I wanted a PLL board for a Kenwood TS-440SAT, this supposed ham answered Sunday, sent an email that he had a Kenwood TS-440SAT that works on part of the bands. He first ask $160 then I told him I would go for $140. He said that was fair. I used Zelle to pay him. He sent me this gmail address to send the money to....shirlconway897 at gmail.com, he got his money, said he would send shipping information on Sunday evening, since then nothing. No answer of my emails or anything. I checked QRZ, he is a supposed registered ham out of N.Y. Beware!!! Can't believe there are so many scammers now days.
