Ad Number:1413906
Date Placed:12/05/18
Name:Scott Murray
Phone Number:252-213-9501
Callsign:NONE
Category:ANNOUNCE
Heading:SEARCHING-Vintage IBM Compact "Luggable"
Ad Message:My father recently passed away(12/1/18) leaving behind an IBM "luggable". Last April 2017 he had gifted this treasure to a gentleman at the Raleigh Hamfest only to borrow it back form him to do some more work. We laughed and told him at the time that he should tell him he'd leave it to him in his will...well here we are and we'd find ourselves trying to locate that person. He would have wanted him to have it. If you are that person or know that person please have them contact me

Your Response to this Ad:

Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
Best Regards:
