AMPHF - 12ea MRF300BN brand new in tube

These are brand new NXP/Freescale RF power transistors. They are N channel mosfets with incredible return loss rating, gain structure and ruggedness. Amazing power capability, many amplifiers and kits use them. I have 12 devices in the tube, sell or trade for something of similar ask value. Alinco SR8 in similar condition?
