I did power it up, and it was no smoke and the relay clicked. So, I guess it fits the eBay characterization of, "powers up."

We were going to attempt to power them up and see if they worked, but rather than potentially cause more harm than good, we decided to sell them as is.
Local pick up or we can meet within 50 miles of my QTH in Oriskany, NY. I also will be at the Northeast HamXposition in Marlborough Mass on Saturday morning as well if anyone local or going to that would be interested.
