IC-251A 2 Meter All Mode $90: Icom IC-251A 144mhz all mode with factory mic, manual, schematic, board layout sheet. Serial # 02433. Radio transmitts & receives on freq but has a none working display. Output measured on FM from .25 to 14 watts into dummy load. Built in internal 120 vac power supply. RX sounds to be okay but no display. Bird RF meter & dummy load not included. NICE YAESU FT-227R MEMORIZER 2M Radio: Very good condition 2 Meter transceiver (143.8-148.2 MHz). It is tested working as it should on transmit and receive. Output is 10 watts (or 1 watt on low power). Frequency coverage is 144-148 MHz (in 800 5kHz steps). 600 kHz +/- repeater offset is supported. Digital display. A special memory circuit allows you to memorize any single channel. Radio requires 13.8 VDC at 2.5 Amps.
