IC-251A 2 Meter All Mod: Icom IC-251A 144mhz all mode with factory mic, manual, schematic, board layout sheet. Serial # 02433. Radio transmitts & receives on freq but has a none working display. Output measured on FM from .25 to 14 watts into dummy load. Built in internal 120 vac power supply. RX sounds to be okay but no display. Bird RF meter & dummy load not included.
