For Sale: Icom IC-28A 2m Transceiver: I just removed this from my RV after 5 years of service. It is in good condition for a 40-year-old radio and has been well taken care of. Please look carefully at the photo. The display backlight is a pale green instead of the standard blue background. This is because I replaced the lamps but did not have them in blue. That is the only minor issue with the radio. All functions, switches, and controls work as they should. Measured power output is 4.5w LO, 22.5w HI. Receiver covers 138-174mhz.
