These are much more friendly to HOA’s as they are mono poles (actually square). I live in and HOA and have two of these towers. All cables have been replaced. i will include a copy of the manual and the instructions on how to disassemble and replace the cables.
There are not many of these around. So now is your chance to get one.
Only reason for selling is because VHF/UHF is just not my cup of tea, so no need for the second tower.

FS: Wilburt tower trailer $10,999: Please, read first. The antennas, rotator and mast are not included. It weighs 1370lbs and is titled and registered in Texas. It is used regularly at my QTH. The Wilburt mast is pneumatic and extends to approx 62'. The mast tilts down for access and transport. It comes with the original compressor. I have added battery, lights, solar, new tires and a new hitch. Two sets of stabilizers. There is an HF 3 band (10,15,20) dipole beam included. The elements are in the larger tube and the smaller tube is great for other antennas. Heights Tower - Tilt over 60': Selling this tower for the wife of a silent key. This is a Heights tower with 8 sections and tilt over base for a height of 60 feet. Validated on January 6th functionality to tilt over with motor. The tower is well built, installed in 2005 and new is about $14k.
Antennas are sold separately, but can be bundled together along with rotor if interested as a full turn-key package. I recently installed two towers from a friend (from 2004) with no issues.
Local Pick-up only in southern Louisiana.

FOR SALE US TOWER MAN PLATFORM: FOR SALE US TOWER Man Work Platform $750.00. This section was on one of my HDX572 Towers. This should fit practically any US Tower with a number 8 bottom section. Could be modified for other Towers if one has access to basic metal skills.
This walk platform allows one to walk around his tower at top of first section. Look at photo close I slightly bent one of the vertical handrail post unloading with my Cat Backhoe. Can be straighten easily. Call me if you have questions.
Most Folks mount a 20 ft ladder and hand rail to this fixture. Still doing my Estate Sale while I can see what it brings.
This is a nice piece of equipment if you are not using the tilt over fixture. Pretty heavy could meet part way over reasonable distance. With 50 percent deposit. Would need some gas money also depending on reasonable distance.

After 61 years in ham radio I’m cleaning out the storage building doing my estate sale while I still have some senility. Hihihi. and can see what my stuff brings. Hihi.
I found a box of these on shelf. I have some with metal seals and some with rubber seals. I used the rubber seals in several of my towers. Bearings may be tarnished from sitting on shelf .
These fit most 3 inch .3.5 inch and 5 inch pulleys.
May need the wax sealer cleaned off them. Some boxes have been torn or may not have boxe, could be in paper.
I will sell in lots of 3 for $75.00 shipped. For Non Chinese bearings that’s a good deal. Lower US. I’ll take cash , personal check or M.O. . I do not do the handshake thing or palpay .
