Ad Number:1413773
Date Placed:12/04/18
Name:Robert Timme
Phone Number:e-mail only
Callsign:W9BTI
Category:AMPHF
Heading:FS: BTI LK-2000 amplifier
Ad Message:For sale a BTI LK-2000 amplifier in good condition. 65 watts in will give 1500 out. It uses a single 3-1000 Eimac tube. The dial lights have been replaced with bayonet style led lights and the diodes in the power supply have been replaced with heavier ones. It works 100% and no issues. more pictures are available upon request. Serious inquires only. Will not ship, it is too big and heavy. pick up only. Reason for selling wanting an amp that does legal limit and has 160 in it. It also has a second Eimac tube to go with it. $1500.00. Also a soft start is installed. Would be willing to trade plus money towards a AL-82 or a AL-1200.

Your Response to this Ad:

Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
Best Regards:
