You are responding to the following ad:

Ad Number:1453902
Date Placed:08/26/19
Name:Jeff Goldman
Phone Number:USE EMAIL
Callsign:K3DUA
Category:ANNOUNCE
Heading:SHIPPING WITH MEDIA MAIL
Ad Message:I know many of us mail books and magazines, Callbooks and old catalogs using USPS MEDIA MAIL (also often referred to as Book Rate). I was made aware by my local Post Office clerk that sending something that contains advertising, even OLD ADS, can not be mailed using Media Mail.
-
USPS prohibits mailing items by Media Mail (printed matter) that contains any advertising, even if the ads are really old ads (such as in old QSTs and ARRL Handbooks). You can try to mail items with ads using Media Mail, but if they catch it (and the PO has the right to open Media Mail packages/envelopes to check the contents), you may get a bill for the difference in postage between Media Mail and the lowest price other mail service, such as Retail Ground or Priority Mail.-See this USPS link on Media Mail, Section 4.1.a.http://pe.usps.com/text/dmm300/173.htm-

Your Response to this Ad:

Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
Best Regards:
