Ad Message:I have for sale a very nice FT-897 HF, 6m, 144m and 432mhz radio with MARS mod. Comes with a LDG AT-897 auto-tuner. Also includes manual, nifty mini manual, mic and power cord. This radio and tuner has been fully checked out on my work bench, full power output on all bands. Radio works like a new one, and looks very good with only a few scratches, normal use. Does not include battery for portable operations. If you need more info or pictures please let me know. Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
