Ad Number:1600649
Date Placed:08/05/22
Name:Michael Ryan
Phone Number:email only
Callsign:K4CVL
Category:RADIOVHF
Heading:Icom O3AT 220 Handheld with Accessories
Ad Message:I have an Icom O3AT 220mhz handheld with a pile of accessories. The handheld's speaker is apparently BAD. No audio from the internal speaker. But as I used this in the house at my desk, I simply added a RadioShack amplified speaker and it worked ok for me at my location. This may not work for everyone but this is how I used the radio. I am including a rubber duck antenna, ICOM BC-30 desk charger, Icom battery eliminator in the event you want to use the HT in the car or power it without the BP-8 battery. I have a cable that connects the speaker output on the HT to the amplified speaker input, and the power supply for the speaker. The speaker can also but run with 4 "C" cell batteries. The user manual is for the Icom O2AT and not the O3AT but the functions are the same just the freqs (of course) are different. The accessories alone are worth the asking price. Overall a nice little setup for someone who just wants something for a 220 base. Selling as is at $120 shipped.

Your Response to this Ad:

Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
Best Regards:
