Ad Message:	Excellent condition Alpha 99cs, own a great peace of history. This amp was used during the Peter Island DXpedition. After the DXpedition these amps were returned and completely refurbished and then auctioned off. Amp has set up for remote operation as well. No smoking and no contesting since I have owned the amp. Looks new both inside and out. Filter kit installed recently and new old stock tubes. Full out put with 27 watts of drive, has been used conservatively. This not not my daily driver as I use a home brew for everyday contacts. Original shipping boxes Will consider vhf amp as partial trade in. This special amp is well worth the $2900 I asking. Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
