Ad Message:	This amplifier runs 3 4CX250s and is rated at 1kw output. It is in excellent condition physically and electrically. It was recently serviced (June 2024) by Howard Mills Labs, W3HM. It is a grid driven amplifier which means it requires very little drive for full output (10 watts in, 1KW out). Unique to this amplifier: vacuum variables plate and load capacitors, air flow relay, continuous coverage from 3.5 to 30 mhz, and vacuum antenna change over relay. The power supply is a full wave bridge, choke input with an oil filled filter capacitor. The rectifier board was rebuilt and the electrolytic capacitor in the screen supply was replaced. A manual and other spare components will be included. Shipping options: Pick up at my PA QTH OR at the beginning of May, I will be driving from Harrisburg, PA to Denver, CO, via I-76 (western PA) and I-70. Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
