It needs cleaning! - The good: I knew after setting 12 years it would need new filter capacitors, so I replaced them. The high voltage is now 2400 V, just as it should be. Both tubes are Made in USA Cetron tubes. The most desirable type. As far as I know, all parts are there, and the transformer is good. - The bad: It does not have any soft start, soft key, or any protection diodes. It needs a thorough cleaning. - I am offering it as a tech special. Spend some time with it, and you will have a good HF amp. I am guessing that all it needs is a good cleaning. - Buy it for $400 OBO. Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
