Ad Message:	This cable is surplus to my needs but I do not know what radio it was used on. It is marked for Yaesu however. The wiring on it is as followes. It has the standard 8 pin connector that mates with the radio and has 1/8th in and ¼ in female connectors. The 1/8th in connector has ground connected to pin 6, and the tip connected to pin 1 of the 8 pin connector. The ¼ in has ground connected to pin 6 and tip to pin 5 of the 8 pin connector. Typically this adapter cable has audio input on the 1/8 in connector and PTT on the ¼ in connector. Be sure to check the wiring of your radio and/or rewire the adapter cable. $20 shipped. Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
