Ad Message:	Batteries not included. You can buy the whole thing for $50 plus shipping. Or part it out. Meter $19, knobs as shown $12, transformer $22, tubes $25, case $20. I will take offers on other parts. Shipping not included. If you return it in one piece working, you will get a full refund less shipping. No manual. The transformer has 175-80-185 VDC and 8VAC with a dropping resistor to about 6 VAC. The filaments did not light and there was no high voltage on the 6146. I did power it up, and it was no smoke and the relay clicked. So, I guess it fits the eBay characterization of, "powers up." No 220-volt cord.

Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
