Ad Message:	Let's try this again. I am looking for a ham-friendly home in the Lasalle/Ottawa, Oglesby area. I don't need anything fancy. I would like at lest 2 bedrooms. Single story would be nice, but a two story or split-level is not a deal breaker. I would like a lot something about 7500 sq. ft. or more. A 2 car garage would be nice, or at least the room to have one built. I have to be out of my present house by July 10, so I don't have a lot of time. Please reply either here or my email, which is albertbrooks at att.net. I am old and crazy, but I will not pay $360 K for a house that is worth $140K. Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
