The radio has had a lot of the common problems already fixed by N1EQ when he was still in the business. Here's the list: - Replaced both PA driver FETs - Replaced both SMD 68-ohm resistors on DRV board -- Replaced R154 on CTRL Unit with 1K. -- Replaced L2, L6, R41, R42 on PA Unit with updated types. -- Removed R11 from DRV Board. -- Added 2 PIN diodes to HRX circuit on CTRL Unit. -- Added 2 ESD-protection diodes to IC151 on RF Unit. -- Added copper ground-strap to PA Unit. - Converted display backlight to LED - Removed W1603 and W1604 from Main Unit (to enable 60-meter operation). - Adjusted PA driver bias/idling-current and TX-output levels. - Tested for proper operation. Also included in the sale is the IC-746 embroidered radio cover.

Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
