Ad Message:	I'd like to sell my ACOM-1000 amp (serial number 070310) for $2,200. I've had this amp for two years and have used it very little. Included with the amp is a spare GU-74b tube. From testing I've done, the tube in the amp is very strong; it produces a kilowatt with about the specified drive power. The spare tube is about 80% I would estimate. The amp works as it should and cosmetically it is in excellent condition, showing very little wear. I also have the original manual. The amp is wired for 240VAC but is easy to change. This is a bulletproof amp that works and looks good. Note: at this point, I will not ship the amp or the spare tube. But I will drive a hundred miles or so to make a deal. Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
