Ad Message:	I'd like to pass along my ACOM-1000 amp (serial number 070310) with a spare GU74b tube. The amp is in excellent condition. I have used it very little for some ssb/voice. The tube in the amp gives full output with 60-70 watts input, as near as I can measure; I estimate the spare tube is about 80% (it gives about 1kw but with more drive). The amp is wired for 240vac but that's easy to change. I prefer a local deal and am willing to drive about 100 miles from West Michigan to deliver the amp. But, I will consider shipping *at the buyer's expense*. Asking $2,200 for the amp, spare tube, and original manual. Contact me using QTH.

Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
