Ad Message:	EICO RESISTANCE-CAPACITANCE-COMPARATOR-BRIDGE 950 $65 PLUS SHIPPING COST This vintage working EICO 950 #21 (my number) capacitor tester is in excellent cosmetic condition. It looks like it has been repainted. I purchased this tester at a local sale and all the old paper capacitors and the power supply capacitors had been replaced. I successfully measured several capacitors both for value and leakage. However, I noticed that the the leakage voltage with the Voltage potentiometer turned fully clockwise was 400 volts. Not all functions were tested. A set of test leads are included. Shipping will be within continental USA only, no international shipping.

Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
