Ad Message:	No manual. I did power it up, and it was no smoke and the relay clicked. So, I guess it fits the eBay characterization of, "powers up." What eBay comments really mean: "Untested"-it does not work. "I don't know if it works" = It does not work. "I am unable to test the item." = It does not work. "I don't know anything about ham gear." = It does not work. "Powers on." = It does not work. I answer all emails. I ignore no one, who am I not to? "Lights up." = It does not work. "I am afraid to plug it in." = It does not work. "It made sounds." = It does not work. "I do not have an antenna to test it." = It does not work. $39 plus shipping.

Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
