Ad Message: | I picked this up at a local hamfest a couple of weeks ago with the understanding that it all worked. When I got it home to test I noticed that everything worked fine on 160,80,30,20,17,15,12,10,6 and 2 meters but not on 40. I took the radio to our local trusted technician and he thought that the IF filter associated with 40 meters was not functioning (no TX/RX in that range). Interesting thing though is I turned it on this morning and it started working on 40M. I checked again this afternoon it did not so it still has a problem on 40. All the other IFs are good and the radio transmits on those associated bands as it should. Radio has a couple of screws missing but the covers stay on well. All buttons, lights and switches work good! Comes with a power cord and manual. $300 Shipped (CONUS only). I take Personal Check, USPS Money Order or PayPal (please add 3%). My contact info is good QRZ. Thanks for looking and 73. |
