HE OFFERED TO BUY THEM BUT I HELD OFF EVEN THOU THE OFFER WAS GOOD. THIS UNIT HAS A BRAND NEW BLACK FRONT PANEL WHICH I BOUGHT WHEN I FIRST GOT THIS UNIT AND IT IS IN GOOD CONDX. MAUAL IS INCLUDED. THIS UNIT DOES NOT WORK AND I AM NOT AWARE OF ITS PROBLEM. SO IT WILL BE SOLD AS IS AND NO RETURNS. PREVIOUS OWNER ASSURED ME THAT ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT AND NOTHING WAS REMOVED. Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
