Ad Number:1745586
Date Placed:10/08/25
Name:David McFarland
Phone Number:E-MAIL ONLY
Callsign:KC9UKD
Category:RADIOVHF
Heading:TM-241A 2 METER VHF FM TRANSCEIVER
Ad Message:KENWOOD TM-241A $55 OBO SHIPPED This TM-241A VHF 2 METER FM TRANSCEIVER #51200322 is in poor physical condition. The front panel has been taped and the power button is missing. However, it can be powered on easily by depressing the switch. This transceiver is not pretty. I could hear several local stations and checked into a local NET. I measured the transmitter output power into a resistive 50 ohm load, 146 MHz 30 watts on high, 12 watts on mid, and 4 watts on low. It has TONES (CTCSS) and the memory is good. Not all functions were tested. A new Electret microphone and a short power cable is included. It is being sold AS IS! Shipping will be within continental US only no international shipping.

Your Response to this Ad:

Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
Best Regards:
