Ad Message:	A nice condition TS-850sat from a SK estate. Full output (100 watts +/-) transmitter and auto-tuner working fine. Receiver works but has one problem. The AGC is not working and is always at maximum sensitivity which causes distortion of the signals. RF gain control and S-meter works only when there is no RF input. With any input, even noise, the AGC line is driven to maximum gain instead of proper AGC level and RF gain has no control. AGC circuit seems to be working correctly so problem is likely one of the AGC controlled devices (dual gate MOSFET mostly) driving the AGC line to maximum voltage. Time doesn't allow additional trouble shooting. Sold as is. $395 shipped CONUS

Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
