New capacitors, new metering/rectifier board, soft start and soft key. New face panel. Outer shell repainted. It looks and works great. See before and after pictures on my QRZ page. Full set of pictures will be sent on request along with test data sheet. Heathkit specified NOT to ship these amps with the transformer installed and put removable xmfrs in newer units. This one does NOT have that feature so I will not ship it but will meet buyer within 200 mile radius of Hot Springs, AR. I have $1143 into this unit not counting labor. I have 3 of these and restore them as a labor love. I need to downsize and will sell it for $950 to the first buyer.

Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
