Ad Message:	I am selling my Yaesu VX-1 "ultra compact" dual-band HT. I got it used a few years ago from an estate and bought a new battery for it. Although I have not used the radio in over a year, the battery charged nicely and is holding the charge. The indicia on most of the buttons are at least partially worn, but readable. The radio powers up, receives and transmits. I am able to hit the local 440MHz repeater full quieting at the radio's 500mW output. The radio can be powered by the charger for use, and will put out 1W. This unit covers a wide range of freqs, incl 2M, 440MHz, the AM broadcast band, the FM broadcast band, AM aircraft freqs, VHF TV and UHF TV. The on-off button can be balky, but it works. Included are the NC-66B charger AND the E-DC-15 mobile DC adapter/charger (plugs into the car's cigarette lighter). A copy of the User Guide is included. I have seen these sold for quite a bit more than the $75 I am asking. Buyer pays shipping. I accept PayPal friends and family.

Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
