Ad Message:	---Please don't tell me this is a bad idea and/or about an even worse one, LOL thank you.--- I want my copper-clad steel rod made into a 1/2 wave 146.52 vertical and/or horizontal dipole. It's currently 42 inches long from tip to tip. Would need to be chopped about in half & once more (see picture for why). I can supply 2 types of solder I found at a thrift store, a UHF panel mount, and some copper wire. In exchange, you can take the remainder of the solder, and I'll fill a box with a bunch of other small hammy DIY things you can choose from, whether you take all or some. Face-to-face in San Diego, CA. P.S. A delta, gamma or twin T match was suggested (I only have coax/no twinlead/no balun, so delta is out), but due to the additional parts & labor that would require, I think that would make a worse trade balance for you. Unless you are the most charitable person alive & it doesn't matter how little I have to give in return.

Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
