Ad Number:1760038
Date Placed:02/24/26
Name:Tim Lotspeich
Phone Number:7606864871
Callsign:KX7P
Category:RADIOHF
Heading:YAESU FT 5000D, SM 5000, DMU 2000
Ad Message:Yaesu FT-5000, SM 5000, and DMU 2000 Yaesu station. I'm the original owner, having purchased this radio new in 2010 from AES Las Vegas. This high-end 200-watt output station is in excellent condition and all functions perform very well. No dents, damage or noticeable scratches. No known problems or issues, and it is from a non-smoking home. I had the OLEDs changed out with new ones about 7 years ago by the Yaesu service center in California, which included all updates. All lights, OLEDs, and digital readouts are bright. The sale will include the power cords, stock microphone, original shipping boxes with inserts, and manuals. The monitor is included. This station is currently in use at my Lake Havasu City, Arizona residence. I prefer a local sale so the buyer can operate the station to confirm its fine operating condition.**I can deliver to the Yuma Hamfest on February 27 & 28.
$2,600 cash, or USPS Money Order. Not interested in trades.

Your Response to this Ad:

Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
Best Regards:
