| Heading: | Sunken Navy Key 26003 |
| Ad Message: | Sunken Navy 26003 Key, restored! Rare! When I got this key it seemed to me it had obviously been immersed in seawater, by the salts on the case (shown in pic), prolly from a sunken ship or airplane in the war. When I opened the cavity, it was filled w/whitish-blue salt crystals. I cleaned it all & re-touched the paint. The '26003A' couldn't be seen nor the normal base red Navy anchor stamp, I presume lost to the seawater. Also shown is a picture from an angle which how the seawater had eaten into the side of the case, but not the working parts. $150, plus $15 shipping. Will consider trades for this one or both this and a March key I have listed . . . |
