The receiver works, as I could hear several stations and the display is good. I measured the transmitter output power into a resistive 50 ohm load at 50 watts on high and 3 watts on low from 4.000 to 7.990 MHz. It does have a TU-79 tone board . I replaced the memory battery and the memory function works. A Kenwood microphone, a short power cable, and a manual are included. It is being sold AS IS, shipping will be within continental USA only, no international shipping.

Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
