Ad Message:	Kenwood TS-440S for parts or repair. Powers up, has AGC action on RF gain throttle back, but that's about it. Non-sensical characters on the display. No receive or transmit. Might be good for parts. Just the radio. No mic, cord or manual included. I haven't opened it up, so I don't know if it has options in it (tuner, filters, etc...). As-Is. Sold for parts / repair...no returns for refund. Paypal is OK if I send you an invoice first stating no returns for refund. $100 + shipping. It might have more than that in it on options. Thanks.

Due to the amount of non-ham scammers trying to respond to the ads, I am now asking a simple question that ham operators should easily be able to answer, but scammers may not know the answer: What is the number that hams use to represent the phrase "Best Regards"? This number is typically transmitted by hams at the end of a QSO.
